We want you to love your Chosen jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
- Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear
- Gift cards
- Sale or final-sale items
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at shopchosenjewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send your item back before your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as Chosen is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
Please email shopchosenjewels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If your return does not meet the requirements above, we may be unable to issue a refund.
